This project involved a duplex house with the aim of improving both its functional efficiency and aesthetic appearance. The balcony and terrace were completely rebuilt, the entire building was repainted, and dehumidifying plasters and paints were applied, essential to ensure the long-term well-being of the interior spaces.
Particular attention was also given to the outdoor spaces: deteriorated accessories were demolished, a new reinforced concrete wall was built along the property boundaries, and a wooden fence was installed to provide privacy and elegance. The project is completed by the installation of interlocking paving and the creation of decorative lighting designed to enhance the garden even during evening hours.
