For the Amedeo Warehouse, Belogicostruzioni carried out a complete renovation aimed at renewing the spaces while preserving the original character of the building.
Inside, a new flooring was installed using quartz-finished concrete in anthracite black, a technical and aesthetic solution that combines durability and modernity. Particular attention was given to the recovery and restoration of the ancient roof beams, thereby restoring the warmth and personality of the original structures to the environment. The renovation is completed with plaster finishing and a new coating to unify and enhance the surfaces.
Outside, the plaster was repaired, the surfaces were fully skimmed, and a silicate-based textured paint was applied, ensuring protection and long-lasting durability for the façades.
