The outdoor spaces have been redesigned to offer functionality and well-being. The project included the creation of a convenient and integrated parking area, a recreational space for leisure, a well-maintained garden, and several accessory zones. Every element was carefully planned to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, using bio materials and low environmental impact solutions, in line with a sustainable and territory-respecting vision.
Inside, the two housing units were expanded to accommodate cozy bedrooms, functional studio apartments, and a dining room designed for shared moments. The spaces were thoughtfully designed with comfort and livability in mind, combining contemporary aesthetics and natural materials. The layout meets the needs of versatile hospitality, suitable for both short and long stays.
